Need Help With Weird Forum Problem

This morning I clicked on the blue box with my avatar at the upper right corner of the page so I could read a PM.
The box expanded as usual to show the drop-down menu of profile options.
Now that blue box won't shrink back down--it's permanently covering the "view new content" link which I use constantly.
I've restarted Firefox, I've rebooted the computer, and nothing will make that blue box shrink so I can get to the view new content link.
Help?

Have you tried deleting your cookies? That seems to solve a lot of the weird things that happen.

I cleared the cache and that did the trick. Thanks, Cindy!
