Hi,

Well there is so much excitement going on here on the forum...
thought I'd share last weeks project.

I hade 3 new to wire students at my class and this was the project.
All 8 students completed the project in 2 hours time. We had a lot of
fun!

Most of all was the new students faces...all smiles and joy.
They asked...what's next weeks project! What Fun.

very cool cheryl! glad they had a good time!

That's a beautiful design, Cheryl.

I'm guessing the students gulped with trepidation when they saw the design and were so pleased with themselves when they completed it! Sounds like not only are the students feeling joy, but so is their teacher.

:)

Thanks everyone.

At the first few attempts at coiling the newbie's faces were not of joy but of frustration. You know...all thumbs, etc.
Finally half way through I could see improvements and finally smiles and glee.

I do enjoy teaching and I must say that it has truly added to my life.

Actually there are 3 core wires and no hammering.

What a fabulous project - as I've said before, wish I lived closer so that I could participate in your classes. I enjoy opening your threads to preview what you have come up with for your students this week! Love your work!
